200hr Yoga Teacher Training, approved by Yoga Alliance.  Must be registered to attend.  

Level lll/lV  Intermediate/Advanced  6:00-7:15 p.m. 

Appropriate for those with a minimum of two years classroom experience. 

Teacher permission and consistent home practice required.
