 THE FORSYTH YOGA CENTER is a fully-equipped Yoga studio conveniently located in a peaceful setting, one mile off GA400 and Jot-Em-Down Road, 2.5 miles south of the North Georgia Premium Outlet Mall and only minutes from Cumming, Dawsonville and Gainesville.  The Forsyth Yoga Center offers classes for all levels of Yoga students, workshops covering specific areas of Yoga study, private sessions presenting programs tailored to your needs and goals, residential Yoga retreats and offers the area's only Yoga Alliance approved Teacher Training Program.  Yoga can provide us with the knowledge and skills to benefit our overall health and well being.  At The Forsyth Yoga Center, teachings are based upon the Viniyoga system where the focus is on the individual student and adapting the practice to meet their needs.  You will be guided in the integration of movement combined with breath to provide a foundation for a safe and effective Yoga practice.
